SUBMISSION
Submission system (Indico)
Abstracts for ERMR 2027 are submitted through the event’s Indico platform. You need an Indico account to submit; create one on the site before the deadline.
TEMPLATE
The conference only accepts extended abstracts of up to two pages. Authors should use the official extended abstract template and strictly follow the guidelines. Please underline the name of the author who will present the paper orally or as a poster.

How to prepare your abstract
You can also use a LaTeX template by using the Overleaf platform. How it works:
– If the visitor is logged into Overleaf: The project will be instantly cloned to their dashboard under the name “ermr2027 (Copy)” and will be fully editable.
– If the visitor is NOT logged in: Overleaf will display the Login/Register screen. Once they log in (or sign in using a Google or ORCID account), Overleaf will automatically create their private copy.

About Poster
A poster template is available for participants who will present their work as a poster during ERMR 2027.
Please note: The poster must be prepared and printed in Portrait (vertical) orientation.
Poster size: 150 cm (height) x 90 cm (width).
Participants may use the software of their choice to create their poster, including PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, or other preferred software. The template is provided as a visual guide to help ensure the required format and organization of the poster.
Please note: the PowerPoint template is limited to a height of 142 cm due to software constraints, but the poster may be printed at up to 150 cm in height. The width must not exceed 90 cm.
In addition to adhering to the recommended maximum dimensions, posters or banners must be fitted with a cord or string at the top for hanging, as UNIFEI no longer provides flat display panels.
Instead, a tripod-style stand – similar to the one shown in the photo below – will be provided.
Although there is sufficient space for each exhibitor, the number of tripods is limited; consequently, there will be a cap (to be determined) on the maximum number of banners accepted.
Requests for poster presentations will be processed in the order of approval.
Student Paper Awards
Up to three awards will be given to the best student papers presented at the conference. The selected papers will be judged based on the originality, significance, and clarity of the work. The awardees will receive certificates during the closing ceremony.
